It has functional and clean rooms and fantastic location close enough to airport, beach and bars and market. Try some goodies at Bar Cafe Caribe, situated 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The people working here are helpful. They have included a sofa bed, coffee/tea makers and TV. Everything is great, outstanding value...

The apartment was best base for sightseeing in Benidorm, really enjoyed it. Without doubt the location was quiet so close to market, airport and Benidorm.

I recently stayed at an apartment in a great location near the lively area in Benidorm. The price was reasonable and the apartment was clean and well-prepared. Despite a minor inconvenience of having to pick up the keys from a separate office, the self-catering apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The security of the apartment was also impressive, providing peace of mind during my stay. I would recommend this apartment for its value for money and convenient location.

We had an excellent time here and Casa Julia, which is very close, is definitely worth a visit!

Affordable price for decent, clean rooms in secure apartment block. 2 balconies and nice pool. Good location near British area. No air con but not necessary in October. Easy key pickup and drop-off. Worth it.

The key collection process was a breeze, with clear instructions provided. I didn't have to go searching for a separate office or struggle to find the location. I simply walked in, picked up my keys, and was ready to enjoy my stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Mariscal VII for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the strip and the beach. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, possibly one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at. Despite the rough exterior, the inside was in perfect condition. The value for money was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent customer service. The room had a heater for the chilly nights and a huge balcony. I highly recommend this hotel.

This apartment offers excellent security with key entrance gates and a front door dead lock. Ideal for families seeking peace of mind during their stay. the location is great, especially for those who want to be near the vibrant British area. the apartment was well-prepared, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. the presence of a washing machine was a bonus. the lifts were quick and readily available, even on the 13th floor. the facilities were excellent and met our needs as a family.
